For Wei Cong, the most cherished items in his collection are the Yokohama Pikachu World Championship’23 card and the Pikachu Master Ball Reverse Holo from Japanese 151.
These pieces carry profound sentimental value, as they were gifts from his fiancée. The Yokohama Pikachu WC23 card holds special significance—it was the first card he ever sent for grading, following his fiancée’s thoughtful gesture of purchasing the entire deck for him. Although the graded card received a 9, its emotional value far outweighs any numerical score.
Meanwhile, the Pikachu Master Ball Reverse Holo represents another thoughtful surprise. After noticing his admiration for it over a long period, his fiancée secretly purchased it for him, making it an unforgettable addition to his collection.
From Konoha to Pallet Town: The Hokage Pikachus
One of Wei Cong’s most memorable moments as a collector came in 2021, during his search for the perfect birthday gift for his fiancée.
Merging her love for Naruto with his Pikachu obsession, he managed to track down a rare Naruto Hokage Pikachu figurine from Made Studio in China. Limited-edition and serialized down to the smallest details, it became a meaningful piece that perfectly represented both their interests.

His goal is ambitious but achievable: to secure versions spanning EX, SR, Gold, and SIR across English, Japanese, and Chinese editions—a testament to his unwavering love for the beloved yellow rodent.
